If cilantro were a historical malevolent dictator, who would it be? Why?
I can't think of any malevolent dictators with such a large following of apologists as cilantro, there is no comparison.
My cilantro story, first experience, recent anecdote, rant, etc...
I don't know when I first had cilantro, I grew up in south florida where cuban is the hispanic cuisine of choice, and they don't really do cilantro. Later in life, I probably just thought that for some reason, mexican restaurants were bad about not rinsing their dishes well enough and making my food taste like soap. I apologize to the restaurants I might have said terrible things about before learning about cilantro.
