If cilantro were a historical malevolent dictator, who would it be? Why?

i guess i'd have to say fidel castro, mainly because of his geographic location (do cubans use as much cilantro as mexicans? i couldn't think of a mexican dictator. for that matter, i can't come up with a thai dictator either, so fidel will have to do).

My cilantro story, first experience, recent anecdote, rant, etc...

first taste was in L.A. at a mexican place (salsa) in the 80s, but i didn't know what it was. in college, a roommate made stuffing with it and identified it as cilantro.
