Good question. Hmm. Perhaps Castro? Not really sure on that one.
My cilantro story, first experience, recent anecdote, rant, etc...
My first and last experience with cilantro was at a fund raiser for a children's museum. It was called BAM on the Beach with Emeril Laggasse. There were tables with the best restaurants on the Coast there. I stopped at a table and the lady asked me if I wanted a sample of cilantro soup. "Sure" i said not knowing what I was in for. I took the first spoon and nearly spat it in her face. It tasted like warm dish water. I have not eaten cilantro since.
