In my opinion most of these comments are over the top. Personally I do not like the taste of green coriandre (too metallic), so I do not use it at home. But in a moroccan restaurant one finds it in many dishes, and in those it blends well. Lovely! It should only be used in moderation.
The fact that so many US citizens apparently hate it: isn't that on your map due to the fact your site is an US one ?
Has anyone tried the use of coriandre seeds ? Great. Search the internet for recipes.
