A Story

I moved to the states from the UK and had never previously had Cilantro, however, it was served everywhere on the west coast of America, in wraps, salads, Asian food, Mexican etc. At first thought it wasjust the taste I hated but soon realised I had an actual adverse reaction being anywhere near it, so many times I had to send meals back due to Clantro being used but not stated in the menu. Only recently did I learn there was a genetic factor involved.V
