As a teenager I unknowingly mowed right over a very large clump of cilantro that was growing wild in my yard. The devil weed was immediately liquefied by my mower blades and I was encompassed in a cloud of noxious gas. I immediately fell to the ground retching with tears in my eyes as the fumes invaded my lungs. In my despair I finally found the strength to stop the mower and roll away to less toxic part of the yard. I lay there dry heaving for what seemed like forever, eventually crawling inside to my bed in exhaustion.
So yeah... having been the victim of cilantro-based chemical warfare I have naught but the deepest hate in my heart for that hell begotten herb.
