i don't mind a little tiny bit of cilantro in guacamole (i don't think it tastes right without it), but other than that, i can't stand the stuff. I can't eat at restaurants anymore because it seems that chefs are obsessed with that shit thinking it makes them and their cooking more high class and they ALWAYS use it on stuff that cilantro has no business being anywhere near and are very generous with it. cilantro tastes like soapy onions and overpowers and ruins other flavors. anyone that likes that crap obviously have no taste buds and are mentally retarded.
