I grew up on Mexican food and have always loved the taste. As my small home town in rural Iowa grew we had a lot of Latinos move in. So much that the white kids in school became the minority. My brother was the only white kid on the soccer team! With the population growth came more Mexican restaurants. These were not like the other Mexican restaurants, these were authentic. I enjoyed most of the food but some dishes I really hated. I soon found out that they were loaded, loaded with the vial weed CILANTRO. I can't even bring myself to type that word! My family, of course loved it and continued to use it in our own food. Since then I keep trying it and keep hating it. I even spent some time in Ecuador and my host family had it in there food. Cilantro has ruined Mexican food and I want it back! Down with cilantro!!!!!!!!!!!!
